Please note that these wines must be for personal use only and that your I.D. may be checked at the time of delivery to insure that you are at least 21 years old. Wine will not be left at your doorstep, so please make appropriate arrangements for delivery.

Our wines are packed in 3, 6 and 12 bottle boxes, and you may mix and match your purchase.

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery of wine & merchandise.

State Shipping Regulations - Are you eligible to buy our wines?
Alaska - An individual may import a reasonable amount of wine for personal use and consumption.
California - California shipments are charged 8.25% sales tax – no limit on wine purchases. Excise tax must also be collected. This is approximately .05 a bottle.
Colorado - No limit for Colorado Residents
Florida Some dry counties exist, we will notify you if you are in one. Consumer is responsible for state taxes, form will be included in box. Other taxes will be collected, approximately .50 a bottle.
Georgia - 5 cases per individual per year or 50 cases per year per winery. 30cents per bottle collected for Georgia state liquor tax. There is also a tax on wine of between 6% and 8%.
Illinois - 12 case limit per year, per person. 6.25% tax will be charged on wine, plus excise tax of .75 per gallon (which is 5 bottles).
Iowa - 2 case limit per month.
Kansas - Direct Shipment prohibited via the internet & phone. The tasting room can direct ship to consumers that are onsite only. Consumer is responsible for payment of gallonage tax - forms are included in shipment.
Michigan - 6% tax on wine only , no volume limit. Excise tax must also be collected. This is approximately .10 a bottle. The customer needs to fax over a copy of their driver’s license in order to process their order. Toll-Free Fax # is 877-776-0127
Minnesota - Minnesota residents may direct ship up to 2 cases per year per individual
Missouri - There is a 2 case limit per month - Excise tax is .30 per gallon, or approximately .08 per bottle.
New Hampshire - New Hampshire shipments are charged an 8% alcohol tax.
New Mexico - New Mexico residents may receive up to 2 cases of wine per month.
Nevada - Shipments to this state require tax computation by county. Upon receipt of internet order, we will contact customer with balance due. Excise tax must also be collected. This is approximately .14 a bottle.
Ohio - There is a 24 case limit per year, per household, and taxes will be collected.
Oregon - Oregon residents may receive up to 2 cases of wine per month. Excise tax will also be collected.
Texas - Texas shipments are charged 6.25% sales tax. Limit of 15 bottles per month. Excise tax must also be collected. This is approximately .04 a bottle.
Washington - Washington shipments are charged 9.5% sales tax. Excise tax must also be collected. This is approximately .17 a bottle.
Wisconsin - 5% tax on wine only, plus .05 cents per bottle. We need the birth date of the purchaser.
Wyoming - 12% tax on wine also, 2 case per household limit per year.
