PRIVATE TOURS & TASTING

Set in the cool tranquility of Ulupalakua, a Private Tour or Private Tour & Tasting at Maui’s Winery offers the perfect outing and a unique island experience. We are happy to accommodate private groups of up to 75 guests, as well as smaller gatherings.

All private groups are required to make reservations so that we may ensure the best possible experience for your group as well as for our other visitors. Groups of 10 or more guests are required to schedule a Private Tour ($10 per person). Groups of 20 or more are required to book a Private Tour & Tasting ($26 per person).*

Tours may be booked any day of the week between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Reservations must be made in advance with our Executive Office.  Please call us at 808-878-6058 for more information.

  • Private Tour

    $10 per person ($100 minimum)

    Your expert personal guide will narrate the colorful story of the historic winery grounds and elaborate on the fine points of our modern day winemaking processes. The walking tour typically lasts 30 minutes.

  • Private Tour & Tasting

    $26 per person ($500 minimum)

    Along with a fun and informative walking tour by our knowledgeable tour guides, your guests will enjoy a private tasting on the grounds. A selection of our regional wines will be sampled, including pineapple and grape, in an informative, entertaining and casual atmosphere. A two-hour period is requested to allow your group adequate time to enjoy their tasting and explore the winery grounds.

    Another attraction at the winery is browsing our Tasting Room: the charming venue features a gorgeous mango wood bar, as well as an outstanding selection of wine accessories and local products. Guests will also enjoy browsing the historic photos and personal accounts displayed in our adjoining history room.

    Gift preparation service: We can also prepare gifts of your choice for your guests to take with them as a memento of their visit.

  • Special Occasion Private Events

    We do offer a Private Tour and Tasting for groups.

    Liquor laws only allow us to offer very limited pours as a “tasting”. We do not have a license for liquor consumption on the property. We are highlighting this, as we would not want anyone to be disappointed or have a different view of what we are able to offer groups within a private tasting venue.
    For “special” offerings involving food we work exclusively with Celebrations Catering; they are familiar with our property and know how to make it work well for your group. If you have a special group or a very large private group (over 25) that you would like to host at the winery, please contact us and we will work with you to make it a memorable day for all.
