Wines
• Our estate wine from the 2009 vintage, “Plantation Red” will be released in the spring of 2011. The “Plantation Red” is a blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Carnelian hand-picked from our vineyard. It is a beautiful dark purple wine with magenta tones has a rich nose of black currant, dark cherry and dried fig seamlessly interlaced with a hint of black pepper, chocolate, baking spice & eucalyptus. On the palate, a medium-bodied wine with supple tannins. Here at the ranch we love to enjoy this wine with grilled meats, hearty braises & hard cheeses. Sold exclusively in our Tasting Room.
• As of 2010, Maui Blanc & Maui Splash! wines are being produced with 100% whole Maui Gold pineapple fruit. Fresh hand-picked Maui Gold pineapples from the Haliimaile Pineapple Company arrive at the winery to be crushed on-site. You can taste the reward in each bottle!
